Services

Six lines of work that add up to one thing: your product specified, stocked, sold and supported in the Mid-Atlantic.

01

Territory representation

Scheduled, documented face-to-face coverage of the accounts that matter. We maintain a live call calendar by sub-territory, and every visit produces a written call report your regional manager can read the same week.

  • Distributor branch and counter coverage
  • OEM and contract manufacturer calls
  • Municipal, utility and institutional buyers
  • Contractor and installer relationships
02

Specification & engineering support

The order is won at the drawing stage. We work with consulting engineers and plant engineering groups to get model numbers, materials of construction and accessories written into the specification before the project goes out to bid.

  • Sizing and selection assistance
  • Submittal packages and O&M documentation
  • Basis-of-design letters and cut sheets
  • Bid-day defense against substitutions
03

Channel & distributor development

A stocked distributor is a moat. We recruit, onboard and then actually service the channel: stocking level recommendations, price-file loading, counter days, and joint calls with distributor outside sales.

  • Distributor recruitment and vetting
  • Inventory and turn analysis
  • Counter-day and lunch-and-learn training
  • Rebate and SPA program administration
04

Aftermarket & warranty service

Most rep firms disappear after the PO. We handle warranty triage, cross-reference obsolete parts, arrange returns and get on site when a start-up goes sideways — because the reorder depends on it.

  • Start-up attendance and commissioning support
  • Failure analysis and RMA coordination
  • Spare-parts kitting recommendations
  • Retrofit and upgrade proposals
05

Market intelligence & reporting

You get a monthly funnel report, a quarterly business review and an annual territory plan. We also flag competitive pricing moves, new plant construction and permit activity we see in the field.

  • Monthly opportunity funnel with dates and values
  • Lost-order analysis, honestly written
  • Competitor and pricing observations
  • Project and construction lead tracking
06

Trade shows & training

We staff regional shows, run distributor training and host application clinics through the partner forum on this domain. Factory personnel are welcome to ride along any week of the year.

  • Regional and association trade shows
  • Distributor product certification sessions
  • Recorded application clinics
  • Factory visit coordination

Engagement models

Commission rates, territory boundaries and termination terms are set out in a written representation agreement. We do not ask for exclusivity we have not earned.

Common questions from principals

Before you send a line card

No. One product category, one principal. If your line overlaps something we already carry we will say so on the first call and, where we can, refer you to a non-conflicting agency in the region.

Most of our principals do between $8M and $150M in annual revenue and sell technical products through distribution, OEM or specification channels. Very large factories with regional direct teams usually get better value from named-account coverage than full representation.

Stock products with an existing distribution footprint typically produce first orders in 60–90 days. Specified equipment follows the construction cycle — expect 9 to 18 months between the first engineering call and the purchase order.

No. We are a commission representative agency, not a stocking distributor. We do maintain demonstration units and sample stock supplied by our principals.

A signed representation agreement, price and discount files, product training for our field staff (typically two days), sample and literature stock, and a named factory contact for quotations. We handle the rest.

Send the line card. We will read it this week.
